This open collaboration program is designed for aspiring machine learning engineers to gain hands-on, real-world experience. You will work on actual predictive modeling challenges, build your portfolio, and learn by doing alongside our team.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🧹 Data Engineering & Feature Extraction: Preprocess and transform datasets to extract features.
• 🤖 Train & Tune Algorithms: Build, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models.
• 🧪 Experimentation & Hyperparameter Tuning: Perform systematic model comparisons and optimization.
• 📊 Model Validation & Metrics Analysis: Track experiment results and address issues like bias and overfitting.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🌟 Deep interest in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data science.
• 🐍 Solid grasp of Python and standard data libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
• 🧠 Familiar with core ML concepts and mathematical principles.
