UAV Airframe Development Intern

🎯 About the Role

This internship provides practical exposure to UAV airframe development, including carbon-fiber composite manufacturing, CAD design, and assembly. You will work directly with the engineering and manufacturing team on prototype development and production improvements.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• ⚙️ Assist with fabrication of carbon-fiber composite UAV airframe components.
• 🛠️ Aid in the preparation, assembly, and finishing of composite parts.
• ✏️ Support CAD design and development of airframe components.
• 🔩 Assist with airframe assembly and mechanical integration.
• 🔍 Support inspection, measurement, and quality checks.
• 💡 Assist engineers with prototype development and manufacturing improvements.
• 📄 Maintain basic engineering and manufacturing documentation.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Degree/diploma in Aerospace, Aeronautical, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• ✈️ Basic knowledge of aircraft/UAV structures.
• 💻 Familiarity with SolidWorks, CATIA or equivalent CAD software.
• 📊 Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
• 🧐 Good attention to detail.
• 🖐️ Willingness to work hands-on in a manufacturing environment.
• 🤝 Good communication and teamwork skills.
• 🚀 Interest in UAVs, aerospace structures, and composite manufacturing.

💰 Stipend: 8000-12000 INR

⏳ Duration: 6 months
