• 📐 Manufacture dies, components, and precision parts as per drawings.

• 💯 Achieve zero fatal accidents in the work area.
• 📉 Keep Accident Frequency Rate
• 🔍 Identify near misses and abnormalities, implementing corrective actions within 7 days.
• 🧑‍🏫 Ensure 100% safety training for new employees.
• 🚨 Investigate incidents/near misses within 48 hours.
• 📊 Review identified risks on a monthly basis.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🔧 Experience operating and setting up HMC machines.
• 📏 Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• ⛑️ Strong understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
• 🛠️ Knowledge of machine maintenance.
• 💡 Problem-solving skills related to machining operations.
