🎯 About the Role

This role involves managing end-to-end Accounts Payable and Receivable operations, maintaining accurate books of accounts, and assisting in financial reporting and analysis. You will also ensure statutory compliance and support audit processes.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 💰 Manage AP/AR operations, including invoice processing and payments.
• 📊 Maintain accurate books of accounts and record journal entries.
• 🏦 Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• 📈 Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
• 🧾 Support GST filing and TDS calculations.
• 🗂️ Coordinate and assist with audits.
• 💸 Monitor and record company expenses.
• 🔄 Maintain vendor and customer accounts.
• 🗓️ Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 📚 Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, AP/AR, reconciliations, GST, and TDS.
• 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis.
• 📄 Working knowledge of MS Word and other Microsoft Office tools.
• 🔍 Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• ⏳ Good organizational and time-management skills.
• 🔒 Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• 🧰 Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (Mandatory) and Tally ERP.
