Community Operations Intern

Support global community initiatives and knowledge base programs, working with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences.

🎯 About the Role

As a Community Operations Intern, you will support Agilent’s global community initiatives and knowledge base programs. This role is for individuals passionate about digital engagement and process improvement, working closely with product managers, content specialists, and technical support teams.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 💻 Assist in managing the Community platform and content management tools.
• ⬆️ Support the lifecycle of community content: creation, migration, review, and audit.
• 🤝 Collaborate with internal teams to improve community processes and user experience.
• 🚀 Help implement community engagement programs, including badges and advocacy initiatives.
• 📝 Provide operational support for community roadmap projects, including test case writing.
• 📊 Analyze community metrics and prepare reports.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, Science, or related field.
• 🗂️ Strong organizational and project management skills.
• 🌐 Familiarity with online communities and customer support platforms is a plus.
• 🗣️ Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a global, cross-functional team.
• 📈 Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CoPilot and Power Automate is desired.

💰 Compensation: $19.00 - $24.00/hour
