Relationship Manager, Local Management Associations

We are seeking a relationship-driven professional to lead engagement with 68 Local Management Associations (LMAs) across India. The role will strengthen stakeholder relationships, grow membership, build partnerships, and drive revenue.

This position focuses on building and managing strong relationships with LMA leaders and key stakeholders to drive membership acquisition, renewal, and engagement. You will also develop institutional partnerships and new revenue opportunities, enhancing member value through relevant programmes and events.

• 🤝 Build and manage strong relationships with LMA leaders and key stakeholders
• 📈 Drive membership acquisition, renewal, retention, and engagement
• 💼 Develop institutional partnerships and new revenue opportunities

• 🌍 Represent AIMA at external forums and promote its mission
• 📊 Track performance through monthly dashboards

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 📈 5–6 years’ experience in B2B partnerships, membership sales, association engagement, or strategic account management
• 🗣️ Strong business development, stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
• 🎯 Commercially driven, customer-centric, and results-oriented approach
• 🔢 Comfort with data analysis and performance reporting
