🎯 About the Role

We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor Apprentice responsible for assembling raw footage into finished projects that align with the company’s vision and branding. This role is key to enhancing our visual presence across various platforms.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🎬 Edit raw footage into polished video content for our website, YouTube, and more.
• 🎶 Add music, sound effects, graphics, animations, subtitles, and visual effects.
• 🤝 Collaborate with the creative team on video concepts, style, tone, and execution.
• ✨ Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency.
• 💡 Create videos using stock footage, AI voice-overs, motion graphics, and background music.
• ⏱️ Manage multiple editing projects with quick turnarounds while maintaining high-quality standards.
• 📁 Maintain a well-organized file structure and video archive.
• 📈 Stay updated on industry trends, editing techniques, and best practices.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 💻 Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• 🗣️ Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• 🎨 Basic knowledge of colour correction, audio mixing, and motion graphics.
• ⚙️ Ability to work independently and in a team, managing deadlines and feedback loops.
• 🧐 Strong attention to detail and creative thinking skills.
• 🏆 A portfolio or showreel will be a plus.
• 🤖 Familiar with AI editing tools is a plus.
