🎯 About the Role
This fully remote internship is ideal for organized and proactive individuals who enjoy working with people and managing processes. You will gain hands-on experience in building and scaling a marketplace ecosystem, supporting mentor onboarding, mentee intake, and community engagement.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- ✍️ Own mentor data collection and profile management using Google Forms.
- 📊 Maintain organized databases for mentors and mentees.
- 📢 Manage WhatsApp community, announcements, and event communications.
- 📧 Create and distribute newsletters and community updates.
- 🚀 Own social media strategy and posting across LinkedIn and Instagram.
- 💬 Ensure timely and professional communication with stakeholders.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🗣️ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- 🗂️ Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail.
- 💻 Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms).
- 🤖 Comfortable leveraging AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude).
- 🎓 Interest in education, career development, or community building.
- 🌟 Prior experience in operations, social media, or community management is a strong plus.
