IT Intern - Analytics & Digital Education (Spring 2027)

Support and enhance data literacy programs by facilitating online education, developing engaging content, and fostering stakeholder relationships.

🎯 About the Role

This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the Data, Digital, and AI Literacy Programs. You will play a key role in supporting employee upskilling and education through various engaging initiatives.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📅 Plan and facilitate workshops/meetings for technical and non-technical communities.
• 🤝 Help grow strong relationships between business stakeholders and Literacy programs.
• 📚 Assist with needs assessments and gap analysis, creating documentation.
• ✍️ Work with subject matter experts to write blogs, create video overviews, and develop instructions.
• 💻 Maintain and update existing learning modules.
• 📧 Create communications, including surveys and assessments.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Progress towards a college degree in Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence, Communications, or Public Relations.
• 💡 Experience with change management preferred.
• 🗣️ Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• 🌐 General understanding of AI technology and the modern digital landscape.
• 🔧 Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
