As an Articled Assistant/Semi-Qualified CA, you will be involved in statutory and internal audits, GST and tax compliances, and the preparation of essential documentation. This position provides comprehensive training and opportunities to contribute to various assignments under supervision, from maintaining accounting records to supporting company law compliance.

• 🔍 Assist in statutory and internal audits.
• 🧾 Support GST and tax compliances.
• 📝 Prepare working papers and documentation.
• 📚 Maintain accounting records.
• 🏢 Support company incorporation and company law compliance work.
• 💰 Help prepare financial statements and reports.
• 🤝 Coordinate with seniors and clients.
• 🔎 Perform basic research on accounting and regulatory matters.
• 📈 Contribute to management consultancy assignments under supervision.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 📘 Strong foundation in accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial statement preparation.
• 📊 Skills in audit procedures, documentation, and working paper preparation.
• 🧾 Knowledge of GST, direct tax basics, and compliance-related filings.
• ⚖️ Understanding of company law fundamentals and corporate compliance.
