🎯 About the Role
This role involves supporting day-to-day operations, engaging with founders, executing incubation programs, and hosting ecosystem events. You will work closely with the leadership team to foster innovation and entrepreneurship.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🚀 Lead and coordinate new program bootcamps, workshops, and mentor sessions.
- 🤝 Maintain startup pipelines and track portfolio updates.
- 📢 Drive social media, write newsletters, and engage campus E-Cells.
- 📊 Assist with NITI Aayog reporting and daily incubation center operations.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Final-year student or recent graduate (B.Tech / BBA / MBA or equivalent).
- 💬 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 💻 Proficient in Google Workspace, MS Office, and basic design tools (Canva).
- 💡 Active interest in startups, innovation, and community building.
💰 Stipend: INR 5,000 (after unpaid training period)
