🎯 About the Role

Atlys is creating an AI-first platform to make travel effortless. As a Voice AI Intern, you will develop next-generation AI voice agents capable of understanding travelers, conversing naturally, and resolving queries over calls. This role involves working on real customer interactions and shipping tangible improvements.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🔊 Improve real-time voice AI systems for customer support.
• 💬 Enhance conversational naturalness by handling accents, speaking styles, and background noise.
• 📈 Analyze failure patterns to improve models, prompts, and conversation logic.
• 🛠️ Build evaluation systems to measure AI performance.
• 🔗 Integrate voice agents with Atlys systems to make them genuinely useful.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 💡 Prior experience with conversational AI (personal projects, internships, hackathons).
• 🔌 Comfortable with APIs and navigating unfamiliar technical systems.
• 🧠 Understanding of concepts like STT, TTS, prompting, RAG, tool calling, agents, and model evaluation (or eagerness to learn).
• 🚀 Ability to quickly prototype and debug complex problems.
• 🧐 Curious about AI behavior in real-world conversations and attention to detail.
