🎯 About the Role
This internship involves supporting various HR functions, including profile shortlisting, screening, onboarding, and conducting interviews. You will also assist the CEO with recruiting and other HR operations, and handle employee engagement activities.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 📑 Profiles shortlisting, assisting in hiring, screening, and onboarding.
- 🧑💼 Conduct interviews and find the best fit for the company.
- 💬 Take feedback meetings and maintain a healthy environment.
- 📢 Updating day-to-day information about employees violating company policy.
- 🤝 Work closely with and assist the CEO with recruiting and other HR operations.
- 🎉 Handle employee engagement.
- 🗂️ Provide administrative support.
- 🌐 Coordinating with Office Activities.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🗣️ Good communication skills – both oral and written.
- 🧠 Human Resources domain knowledge.
- ⏱️ Time Management skills.
- 🧐 Attention to detail.
- ⚖️ Excellent negotiation skills.
- 🎓 Pursuing Degree or Graduated in Human Resources or relevant field.
- 📈 Pursuing an MBA is a big plus.
