Content Strategy Intern

Contribute to building a new evidence-based skincare brand by owning and executing its social media content strategy from pre-launch through public launch.

🎯 About the Role

This internship offers a unique opportunity to define and own the entire content strategy for a D2C skincare brand, working closely with the founders. You will be responsible for developing content pillars, managing the content calendar, and driving engagement across platforms like Instagram.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📊 Define and own the overall content strategy: pillars, posting cadence, and platform priorities.
• 🔍 Research competitor and adjacent founder-led brand accounts.
• ✍️ Write scripts for founder-shot reels, in English and Telugu.
• 📅 Plan and manage content batching.
• 🗓️ Build and maintain a content calendar.
• 📢 Schedule and publish content.
• 📈 Track performance and share monthly reports.
• 🚀 Shift strategy from pre-launch to post-launch phases.
• 💡 Identify growth tactics like collaborations and trend adoption.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• ✍️ Strong written English (Telugu a plus).
• 📱 Genuinely online and culturally fluent in Instagram/short-form video trends.
• 📅 Organized and self-directed.
• 💻 Comfortable working professionally in Microsoft 365.
• 💖 Genuine interest in skincare, D2C brands, or founder-led marketing.
