🎯 About the Role

You will join a creative video production and digital marketing agency, working on real client projects from day one. The role involves crafting engaging videos for educational institutions and personal brands, with strong performers considered for a full-time position. You'll contribute to content that builds reputations and moves people.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🎬 Edit short-form and long-form video content for various platforms.
• ✨ Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and sound design.
• 🔄 Adapt edits for multiple formats including Reels, YouTube, ads, and presentations.
• 🤝 Collaborate with content and strategy teams on creative briefs.
• 🗺️ Travel occasionally to shoot locations across South India.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🗣️ Fluency in Tamil and English (spoken and written).
• 💻 Personal laptop with reliable internet and sufficient processing power for video editing.
• 🖥️ Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent professional editing tool.
• 🎥 A portfolio or showreel demonstrating prior editing work.
• 💡 Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects or motion graphics tools (preferred).
• 🌈 Familiarity with color grading and audio mixing basics (preferred).
• 📏 Understanding of aspect ratios, export formats, and platform-specific video requirements (preferred).
• 🗣️ Knowledge of Hindi (an advantage for national brand mandates).
