HR Intern – Talent Acquisition

Gain hands-on experience in recruitment and Talent Acquisition at a leading global engineering consultancy, supporting key HR functions.

🎯 About the Role

This internship offers comprehensive exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, pre-employment checks, and employer branding initiatives. You will play a vital role in supporting the People Team's talent acquisition efforts.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🔍 Assist in sourcing engineering and corporate candidates through various platforms.
• 📧 Assist in sending recruitment email campaigns to support candidate database development.
• 🗓️ Assist in coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• 📄 Prepare and send basic candidate communications, including interview invitations and updates.
• 📝 Assist in sending and monitoring pre-employment requirements from candidates.
• 📂 Assist in maintaining and updating candidate trackers and recruitment databases.
• 📢 Support B&W Engineering recruitment activities such as career fairs and university engagements.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Currently pursuing a BS in Psychology, Human Resources Development, Business Management, or a related field.
• 📄 Able to provide a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) or other required internship documents.
• 🚀 Available to start immediately.
• 🏢 Amenable to work fully onsite at One Ayala, Makati City.
• 🗣️ Good written and verbal communication skills.
• 💻 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• 📝 Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• 🧑‍💻 Willing to learn and take on various Talent Acquisition and HR-related activities.
