This role offers hands-on exposure to office administration, facility management, vendor coordination, and employee support. The ideal candidate will gain practical experience in various business operations.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🧹 Support day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth functioning.
• ✈️ Coordinate employee travel arrangements, visa processing, and guest house management.
• 🚚 Manage courier operations, logistics, and material transfers.
• 🏠 Assist in facility management, including maintenance, housekeeping, and security.
• 🛒 Coordinate with vendors for procurement of office supplies and services.
• 💰 Maintain records of petty cash, expenses, and administrative documents.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Graduate or pursuing graduation in any discipline.
• 🗂️ Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• 🗣️ Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• 💻 Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
