🎯 About the Role

This 12-week summer internship program provides a comprehensive introduction to the specialty insurance industry. You will be immersed in an underwriting team, handling policy renewals, communicating changes, and working on special projects alongside senior leaders.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📢 Participate in agent marketing calls and attend client meetings.
• 📄 Engage in insurance policy renewals.
• 💻 Update new business and renewals in Microsoft Excel.
• 🎯 Determine which program or market best meets the needs of agency clients.
• ✉️ Communicate loss notices and policy changes.
• ⭐ Work alongside senior leaders on special projects.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Enrolled as an undergraduate pursuing a degree in Risk Management and Insurance (strongly preferred), Business, Finance, or another relevant field.
• 🗓️ Expected graduation in December 2027 or May 2028.
• 💡 Previous internship experience is preferred.
• 💻 Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
