🎯 About the Role
This internship focuses on supporting HR Business Partnering efforts, including market trend analysis, managing English proficiency programs, and assisting with daily HR operations. You will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 📰 Research and compile a bi-weekly market trends newsletter.
- 🗣️ Assist in managing and promoting internal English learning initiatives.
- 📋 Handle administrative and operational tasks for HR projects.
- 🚀 Assist with other HRBP-related initiatives as needed.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 📚 Pursuing a Degree/Master in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 💡 Interest in HR, learning & development, and market research.
- 🔍 Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- ✍️ Previous experience in content writing, HR, or project coordination is a plus.
