🎯 About the Role

The Top Creator Management Intern supports the growth and performance of creators by combining data analysis with hands-on execution. This role involves tracking creator performance, coordinating livestreams and campaigns, supporting Super KLS initiatives, and assisting in onboarding and incubating new creators to ensure creators are optimized for sales and engagement.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📊 Monitor creator metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize live selling and content strategies.
• 🤝 Assist in day-to-day coordination with creators, including scheduling and performance follow-ups.
• 🚀 Support planning and execution of high-impact livestream sessions to maximize sales performance.
• 💡 Help onboard new creators and support their early-stage growth through incubation programs.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 🗂️ Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• 📈 Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel for basic data tracking and reporting.
• 🗣️ Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• 🚀 Willingness to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
