This internship provides hands-on experience in talent acquisition, supporting the identification, screening, and coordination of candidates for TikTok Shop. You will assist in tracking recruitment progress and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🔍 Assist in identifying and engaging potential candidates.
- 📄 Screen resumes to match qualifications with role requirements.
- 📅 Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
- 📊 Support the tracking and updating of applicant information in the ATS.
- 📧 Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
- 🗂️ Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- 💡 Interest in recruitment, employer branding, and talent strategy.
- 🏃 Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
