Cyber Security Intern

🎯 About the Role

This internship offers hands-on exposure to CloudSEK's cybersecurity platforms (X-Vigil, Be-Vigil, SVigil). You will learn how findings translate into client-facing deliverables and product decisions, working at the intersection of threat intelligence, security consulting, and product strategy.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🛡️ Perform VAPT across web, API, mobile, and cloud.
• 🔎 Triage findings and turn them into concrete, prioritized issues.
• 🌐 Track the threat landscape and monitor underground/dark web feeds.
• 🔍 Run HUMINT/OSINT collection and map resulting intelligence.
• ⚙️ Build or use automation to reduce redundant manual steps.
• 📂 Research exposed credentials, misconfigurations, and leaked assets.
• 📊 Help build client-facing deliverables like trial summaries and security impact summaries.
• 🗣️ Communicate findings on calls with prospects, translating technical detail into business impact.
• 📈 Assist with competitive and market research.
• 💡 Contribute to product strategy discussions.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🌟 Strong interest in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, or security research.
• 💻 Working knowledge of VAPT methodology.
• 💡 Familiarity with core cybersecurity concepts (CVEs, IOCs, TTPs, etc.).
• 📚 Comfortable reading technical documentation and writing clearly.
• 🗣️ Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting findings.
• 🎓 Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
