• 📝 Screen CVs and assess candidate suitability.
• 📞 Conduct initial screening calls.
• 💡 Understand job requirements and identify suitable profiles.
• 📅 Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
• 📊 Review recruitment data and maintain candidate records.
• 🤝 Support the Talent Acquisition team on active mandates.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Graduates/postgraduates in HR, Hospitality, Business Management or related fields.
• 💡 Freshers interested in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
• 🗣️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• 🧠 Good analytical skills.
• 📞 Confident in speaking with candidates.
• ⏱️ Organised, proactive and willing to learn.
