🎯 About the Role

This internship is designed for students interested in mechanical installations, providing exposure to project management, estimating, and business operations within the energy infrastructure sector. You will work closely with project teams to support various aspects of ongoing projects.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📝 Create a master checklist of expectations and goals for the internship.
• 🤝 Assist departments and teams with project aspects, estimating, and business operations.
• 📌 Participate in special tasks and projects, collaborating with various resources.
• 📊 Collect information, create, and update files, documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
• 🎤 Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
• 🤝 Attend departmental and jobsite meetings.
• 🧑‍🏫 Perform tasks under the supervision of project management staff.
• 📚 Participate in learning experiences such as orientations, lunch & learns, and jobsite tours.
• 🧐 Study meeting notes, policies, and procedures to understand company processes.
• 🗣️ Attend an exit interview and provide feedback on the experience.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Must be enrolled in an accredited university in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related business major (Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior).
• 🚗 Must have reliable transportation to work daily.
• ⏱️ Ability to be punctual.
• 😊 Must have a great attitude towards work and others.
• 🚀 Must be able to take initiative, provide quality work with a sense of urgency.
• 👤 Must be able to work independently to complete tasks with daily supervision.
• 🛠️ Must have respect for tools, equipment, and supplies, and be safety conscious.
• 🗣️ Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• 🧐 Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• 🌍 Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
