🎯 About the Role

This internship provides an opportunity to work as an extended team member for global EY-Parthenon - Corporate Finance practices. You will deliver insights and advice to clients on capital strategies, contributing to their growth and optimization.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📈 Conduct deep-dive studies of financial statements.
• 📊 Prepare financial statements and analyze results of target companies.
• 📝 Prepare summaries of findings from financial studies.
• 💡 Identify key deal issues impacting purchase price or structure.
• 🤝 Execute diligence engagements alongside engagement managers.
• ✅ Ensure project components are delivered with quality and timeliness.
• 📚 Understand basic valuation techniques.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 💻 Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• 📊 Understanding of graph preparation and data analysis/presentation.
• 👀 Eye for detail.
• 🧠 Strong analytical capabilities.
• ⏱️ Ability to work within set timelines and communicate deviations.
• 🗣️ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• 🎓 Pursuing Chartered Accountancy (min one group cleared) or Post Graduate in Management / MBA with Finance specialization.
• 💼 0-6 months of experience.
• ✅ Good exposure to statutory audit, internal audit, and financial statement preparation.
