This role involves identifying and engaging jewelry shops for digital onboarding onto a specialized platform. You will conduct mandatory in-person visits, perform sales outreach, collect data, and provide demos to onboard clients. The internship offers direct experience in B2B sales, market analysis, and achieving sales targets, with a clear path to a full-time executive position.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 💡 Identify potential jewelry shops and traders.
- 🚶 Visit shops in-person to pitch and onboard them.
- 📞 Reach out via calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
- 🗂️ Collect shop details and upload to build online profiles.
- 🚀 Provide offline or virtual demos for onboarding.
- 🔄 Maintain follow-ups and update lead status in CRM.
- 📊 Gather competitor intel and market feedback.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🗣️ Good communication in Hindi & English (Local Language is a strong advantage).
- 🚶 Confident and comfortable with offline field sales.
- 📱 Basic skills in Google Sheets & WhatsApp Business.
- 🎯 Self-driven, energetic, and target-oriented.
- 💍 Interest in jewelry, bullion, or B2B sales.
- 💻 Smartphone/Laptop, Internet, and NDA required.
