Interns will apply classroom knowledge, contribute to key projects, and make a positive impact across the organization. The program emphasizes professional development, networking, and community service, guided by dedicated managers.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🌟 Participate in dynamic teams and work on interesting projects.
• 🔍 Conduct research, analytics, projects, and strategy reviews.
• 💻 Assist with process review, improvement, and technology enhancements.
• 🗣️ Prepare and present a wrap-up project to division leaders and stakeholders.
• 🤝 Attend professional development, informational, networking, and community service events.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Currently enrolled at an accredited collegiate institution during the program.
• 🗓️ Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the program.
• 💪 Strong adaptability, communication (written & verbal), and critical thinking skills.
• 📍 Must live a commutable distance from an office location (preferred).
• 📈 Minimum 3.0 GPA (preferred).
