🎯 About the Role

This 6-month internship provides hands-on experience in core accounting and tax functions. You will assist in preparing and filing GST and income tax returns, bookkeeping, and audit support.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📊 Assist in preparing and filing GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B).
• 🧾 Prepare and file income tax returns (ITR).
• 💰 Calculate TDS, file returns, and perform reconciliations.
• 📑 Maintain bookkeeping records and pass accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
• 🏦 Perform bank reconciliations and scrutinize ledgers.
• 🏛️ Support statutory and internal audit processes.
• 📈 Prepare financial statements.
• 📄 Reconcile GST 2B with books of accounts.
• 📧 Draft responses to tax notices.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 📚 Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• 📊 Familiarity with GST and Income Tax concepts.
• 💻 Proficient with MS Excel.
• 🧮 Experience with Tally/ERP software is a plus.
• 📝 Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• ⏳ Willingness to learn and undertake detailed work.
