This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international B2B sales by connecting revenue teams with their next best customers. You will be responsible for managing daily outreach tasks, scheduling calls, and maintaining CRM records. The internship emphasizes consistency, following established processes, and direct client communication.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📧 Manage daily follow-ups via email, WhatsApp, and phone.
• 📅 Schedule and confirm calls between prospects and the sales team.
• 🧹 Re-book no-shows and maintain calendar accuracy.
• 📊 Log all conversations in the CRM and update trackers.
• 📝 Follow written SOPs for various tasks.
• 📈 Send daily updates on outreach activities and meetings booked.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🗣️ Clear spoken and written English for professional conversations.
• 📞 Comfortable communicating on the phone.
• 💻 Proficient with browsers, Word/Google Docs, Excel/Sheets, Gmail, and Google Calendar.
• ⚙️ Ability to follow processes closely and consistently.
• 💻 Own laptop, stable internet connection, and headset with a clear mic required.
• ⏰ Full-time 6-hour commitment daily, Monday to Friday.
