🎯 About the Role

This fully remote role involves being the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related activities for a US-based client. You will manage Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configurations, build automation using Flow Builder, ensure data integrity, and develop impactful reports and dashboards. Direct collaboration with US teams means strong communication skills are essential.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• ☁️ Own Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configuration end-to-end.
• ⚙️ Build and maintain automation — Flow Builder, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Approval Processes.
• 🔐 Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and org security.
• 🧹 Ensure data integrity through audits, deduplication, and imports/exports using Data Loader.
• 📊 Develop reports and dashboards that give stakeholders real, actionable visibility.
• 🤝 Support and train end-users across teams.
• 🔗 Work with third-party integrations to extend Salesforce capability.
• 🚀 Stay ahead of Salesforce seasonal releases and recommend what's worth adopting.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🗓️ 4 to 6 years of hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience.
• 🎓 Active Salesforce Certified Administrator credential (ADM 201) with a verifiable Trailhead profile.
• 💡 Independent, proven experience managing both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• ⚙️ Strong proficiency in Salesforce automation (Flow Builder, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Approval Processes).
• 🧹 Hands-on data management experience (Data Loader, deduplication, bulk imports/exports, data audits).
• 📊 Ability to build meaningful reports and dashboards for non-technical business stakeholders.
• 🗣️ Excellent English communication (written and verbal) for direct US client collaboration.
• 🧠 Strong analytical thinking to translate business needs into platform solutions.

📍 Location: Remote (India-based candidates preferred with EST/CST time zone overlap)
