This internship program provides a 10-week immersive experience designed to showcase the company culture and offer valuable consulting exposure. Interns work directly with teams to deliver real-time project results for clients, with dedicated support from a 'Buddy' to help navigate the organization.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🤝 Work collaboratively in a team environment to solve client challenges.
- 🗣️ Participate in and lead meetings, documenting minutes and action items.
- 📊 Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to draw conclusions.
- 💡 Develop solutions to organizational challenges and optimize operations.
- 📄 Create work products that synthesize information into client recommendations.
- 📈 Support data collection activities through research, interviews, and workgroups.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program through Fall 2027, graduating by Summer 2028.
- 💼 Minimum of 0 years of experience required.
- 🇺🇸 Must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
- 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel.
- 🧠 Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 📈 Familiarity with economic and financial analysis and research.
- 🗣️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
