🎯 About the Role

You'll be instrumental in creating engaging short-form educational videos, researching women’s health topics, and drafting educational content for various digital channels. This role involves refining AI-generated text and collaborating with product, clinical, and technical teams to ensure content accuracy and brand voice.

• 🎬 Create engaging short-form educational videos using AI-powered creative tools.
• 📝 Turn research and clinical information into clear, audience-friendly content.
• ⚙️ Develop repeatable workflows to improve content quality and production efficiency.
• 🎨 Maintain a consistent visual identity and brand voice across all videos.
• 📚 Build a growing library of educational content on women's health topics.
• 🧪 Experiment with new AI tools and recommend process improvements.
• 🔍 Help research women’s health topics and draft in-app content.
• ✍️ Refine AI-generated text and adapt material for digital channels.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 💡 Background in digital health/women’s health/healthcare content generation (especially for Meta).
• 🤖 Comfort working with AI tools (generative AI, language models) and adapting AI-generated content.
• 꼼꼼 Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple content tasks remotely.
• 🗣️ Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
