This cross-functional internship provides hands-on experience across Accounts, Finance, Sales, and Business Development. You will work on real business activities, including financial documentation, customer communication, and lead generation.
๐ ๏ธ Key Responsibilities
- ๐๏ธ Assist with day-to-day accounting activities and data entry.
- โ๏ธ Prepare invoices, quotations, and other financial documents.
- ๐ Support basic reconciliation and payment follow-ups.
- ๐ Identify and research potential customers and business opportunities.
- ๐ Conduct cold calls and carry out email outreach to prospective customers.
- ๐ค Follow up with leads and handle customer enquiries.
- ๐ Assist in lead generation and maintaining a prospect database.
- ๐ Conduct basic market research to identify potential clients.
- ๐ Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- ๐ Assist with documentation, reports, and day-to-day business activities.
โ Requirements & Skills
- ๐ B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance/Marketing) or related field.
- ๐ Final-year students and freshers are welcome.
- ๐ผ Interested in Finance as well as Sales & Business Development.
- ๐ฃ๏ธ Good verbal and written communication skills.
- ๐ง Comfortable with cold calling and professional email communication.
- ๐ป Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- ๐ Basic understanding of Accounting and GST is an advantage.
- ๐ ๏ธ Knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books or other accounting software is a plus.
- ๐ Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- ๐คน Ability to multitask and take ownership of responsibilities.
