This 2-month remote internship focuses on assisting with client communication, scheduling interviews, monitoring operational tools, and supporting daily tasks. It's an excellent opportunity to develop operational skills in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📧 Assist in responding promptly to client emails.
• 🗓️ Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and Team Leads.
• ⏰ Monitor employee activity using the TimeDoctor tool.
• 🎫 Support updating and maintaining ticket statuses in Zoho.
• 📢 Post job openings on the Console platform.
• ✅ Participate in final calls with candidates to confirm details.
• 🧾 Assist in calculating and preparing invoice hours for billing.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 💬 Strong communication and organizational skills.
• 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• 🔗 Familiarity with online tools like TimeDoctor and Zoho.
• 🧐 Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• 🌟 Enthusiasm to learn and contribute.
