🎯 About the Role

You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to own hiring processes for multiple roles, gaining exposure to the entire recruitment lifecycle. The role involves experimenting with AI tools and automation to improve hiring processes.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🎯 Own hiring processes end-to-end, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation.
• 🤝 Work directly with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• 🤖 Experiment with AI tools, automations, and new workflows to improve recruiting.
• 🔍 Solve real hiring problems across different roles and teams.
• 📊 Build an understanding of talent assessment, hiring data, and stakeholder management.
• 📈 Track recruiting metrics and use data to make decisions.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🗓️ 0–1 year of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, or a fast-paced startup environment.
• ⭐ High ownership: take initiative, follow through, and figure things out independently.
• 🗣️ Strong communication skills for interacting with candidates and stakeholders.
• 🔢 Comfort with data, spreadsheets, and managing pipelines.
• 💡 Problem-solving mindset and curiosity about AI and new tools.
• 🔄 Adaptability to switch between different roles and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
