• 👩‍🏫 Conduct student counseling sessions and assist with career counseling.
• 📚 Help learners understand program requirements and progression.
• 📈 Collaborate with faculty and administrative teams to track student progress.
• 👂 Address academic concerns and support learner engagement initiatives.
• 🗂️ Maintain accurate advising records.
• 📢 Assist in workshops or orientations.
