🎯 About the Role

As an HR Intern, you will actively support day-to-day people operations, gaining practical experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, and maintaining employee records. This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn fundamental HR processes and collaborate with virtual teams.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🛠️ Assist in posting job openings across various platforms.
• 🛠️ Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• 🛠️ Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• 🛠️ Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment records.
• 🛠️ Support onboarding activities for new employees and interns.
• 🛠️ Assist in preparing and updating HR policies, documents, and employee records.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• ✅ Basic knowledge or strong interest in Human Resources and recruitment.
• ✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• ✅ Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
• ✅ Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
• ✅ Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• ✅ Comfortable working in a remote environment and collaborating with virtual teams.

💰 Stipend: ₹3000 per month
