🎯 About the Role
Your goal will be to help us build awareness, create conversations, and generate inbound interest for our products. You’ll work closely with the founders to shape our content strategy, experiment with new ideas, and learn what actually drives growth for a B2B software company.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- ✍️ Create engaging content for LinkedIn and other platforms (e.g., YouTube)
- 💡 Develop content ideas around our products and customer problems
- 📝 Write posts that educate rather than sell
- 🔄 Repurpose videos, demos, customer stories, and founder insights
- 📈 Track content performance and suggest improvements
- 🚀 Experiment with different formats to increase reach and inbound enquiries
✅ Requirements & Skills
- ✍️ Strong written English
- 💡 Curiosity about technology, engineering, AI, XR, or 3D software
- 📈 Good understanding of LinkedIn and B2B content
- 🎨 Ability to think creatively and come up with original content ideas
- 🏠 Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
- 🛠️ Comfortable using tools like Canva, Figma, CapCut, or similar
- ⭐ Enjoys learning and taking ownership
- 🚀 Bonus if you’ve grown a page, built a personal brand, or created content that people genuinely engaged with
