IT Operations & ServiceNow Intern

Contribute to enterprise IT operations by mapping services in ServiceNow and documenting processes for operations readiness and change management.

🎯 About the Role

This internship offers experience in IT service management, process documentation, and data visualization, split between Service Mapping in ServiceNow and Operations Readiness & Change Management. You will work on projects that support IT operations and contribute to data accuracy and process improvement.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🔗 Manually associate servers with applications in the CMDB.
• 🤝 Collaborate with the IT Operations Center to link partners with applications.
• 🏗️ Assist in mapping maintenance and hardware assets.
• 🗂️ Ensure accuracy and completeness of service mapping data.
• 📝 Document internal and customer-facing processes for change management.
• 📊 Build and maintain an Operations Readiness Dashboard using Power BI.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Currently a junior or rising senior at a local Atlanta University (e.g., Georgia State, UGA, Kennesaw State) pursuing a Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or related field.
• 📈 3.0 GPA and above.
• 📅 Students expected to graduate in December 2027 or May 2028.
• 🧮 Microsoft Office Tools experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 🗣️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 🚀 Proactive attitude with a passion for deal-making and a can-do attitude.
