This is an open collaboration program designed for aspiring fullstack web developers to gain hands-on, real-world experience. Whether you are self-taught, a boot-camp graduate, a student, or transitioning careers, this is a space to write production code, connect the frontend with the backend, build your portfolio, and learn by doing alongside our team.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🌐 End-to-End Development: Build responsive UIs and connect them to server-side logic and databases.
• 🔗 API Design & Integration: Create, maintain, and consume RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• 🗄️ Database Management: Design database schemas, write efficient queries, and ensure secure data storage.
• 🤝 Collaborate & Deploy: Use Git and GitHub for version control and assist in deploying updates.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 💡 Passionate about full-stack engineering and eager to learn.
• 💻 Comfortable writing code on both frontend (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and backend (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java).
• 📊 Familiar with relational or non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• 🔧 Bonus: Projects using modern stacks (MERN, PERN), understanding authentication patterns, or deploying applications.
• 🤔 Curious, driven, and comfortable asking questions.
