🎯 About the Role

Join our talent acquisition team in Mangalore for an internship focused on IT recruitment. You will assist in sourcing, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment databases.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🔍 Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and networks.
• 📄 Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• 🗓️ Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels.
• 🗂️ Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
• 📝 Support the recruitment team in preparing job descriptions and posting vacancies.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 💻 Interest in IT recruitment and technology roles.
• 🗣️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ⏱️ Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
• 🔢 Basic knowledge of MS Office tools and job portals is a plus.
