Data Intern

🎯 About the Role

This internship involves supporting the Data team with everyday tasks on the athlete management platform, collecting and organizing performance data, and assisting with data cleaning and analysis. You will work closely with sports science staff across disciplines.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 💻 Support athlete onboarding and platform processes on Teamworks.
• ✍️ Maintain accurate and up-to-date athlete records.
• 📊 Assist in collecting and organizing performance data across sports.
• 📚 Help build clear guides and reference material for internal processes.
• 🧹 Assist in cleaning and organizing raw data for accuracy.
• 📈 Support basic data analysis to identify trends and patterns.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• ✨ Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• ✨ Prior internship or project experience in a data/analytics context preferred.
• ✨ Strong working proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• ✨ Strong attention to detail and comfort working with structured processes.
• ✨ Desirable: Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or other data manipulation tools.
• ✨ Interest in sport, athlete performance, or high-performance environments.
