🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 👀 Monitor & Analyze system logs and network traffic to identify potential vulnerabilities or suspicious activities.
• 🧪 Assist in conducting basic vulnerability assessments and security audits on web applications and networks.
• 🔍 Research latest cybersecurity trends, emerging malware, and common attack vectors.
• 📝 Help draft security guidelines, document incident response processes, and outline best practices to keep systems safe.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• ❤️ Passionate about cybersecurity and eager to learn (no specific computer science or security degree required).
• 🌐 Solid grasp of core networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS) and basic operating system internals (Linux and Windows).
• 🔐 Familiar with fundamental security principles like encryption, firewalls, and access controls.
• ➕ Bonus points: If you have hands-on experience with tools like Wireshark, Nmap, Burp Suite, or if you regularly participate in Capture The Flag (CTF) challenges.
• 🤔 Curious, driven, and comfortable asking questions.
