This is an open collaboration program for aspiring data analysts to learn by doing, work on actual business data, and build their portfolio alongside our team. You will gain practical experience in data wrangling, querying, dashboard building, and insight sharing.

• 🧹 Wrangle Real Data: Clean, organize, and make sense of messy datasets.
• 🗄️ Query & Extract: Use basic SQL to pull the numbers you need.
• 📊 Build Dashboards: Create simple, effective visual reports using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• 💡 Share Insights: Look beyond the numbers to find actual trends and tell us what they mean.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 💡 Passionate about data and eager to learn.
• 💻 Solid with Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, basic formulas).
• 📚 Familiar with foundational SQL.
• ✨ Bonus points: Python, R, or dashboard building experience.
• 🧐 Curious, driven, and comfortable asking questions.
