🎯 About the Role
Work closely with founders to create unique, manufacturable products that align with the brand's aesthetic. This role offers the opportunity to see your designs come to life and be sold to customers.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- ✨ Research design trends, materials, and consumer preferences.
- ✏️ Conceptualize and sketch new product ideas for ceramics and home décor.
- 📊 Create design presentations, mood boards, and product specifications.
- 🧪 Assist in prototyping, testing, and product development processes.
- ⚖️ Ensure designs balance creativity, functionality, and manufacturability.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Ceramic Design, or a related field.
- 🎨 Strong sketching, visualization, and conceptual thinking skills.
- 💻 Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, and AI tools for concept generation.
- 🏠 Passion for home décor, ceramics, and design-led consumer products.
- 📁 Portfolio showcasing relevant projects is required.
