🎯 About the Role

This industrial training offers a unique blend of traditional accounting and modern automation techniques. You will work on core finance operations while identifying and automating manual workflows using AI, advanced Excel, and other tools, gaining end-to-end exposure to tech-industry finance.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 💼 Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• 📊 Prepare key financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
• 🗂️ Support statutory compliance and tax filings.
• 💡 Identify and automate manual finance and accounting tasks.
• 🛠️ Leverage AI and automation tools for reconciliation and reporting.
• 🔄 Perform regular bank, vendor, and intercompany reconciliations.
• 🔒 Assist in strengthening internal financial controls.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Passed both groups of CA Intermediate (ICAI).
• 🌟 Eligible to commence CA Industrial Training as per ICAI guidelines.
• 💻 Advanced expertise in MS Excel (Power Query, complex formulas, dashboarding).
• 🤖 Strong interest in or hands-on experience with AI tools or automation.
• 🏦 Exposure to ERP systems/accounting software.
• 💡 Strong foundation in accounting concepts and internal controls.
• 🗣️ Clear communication skills and logical reasoning.
• 🚀 Proactive problem solver passionate about automation.
