🎯 About the Role
We are looking for Talent Sourcing Interns to help us identify and engage candidates for high-demand technology, AI, engineering, language, healthcare, legal, and data-related roles. This is a hands-on recruiting internship where you will learn candidate sourcing, LinkedIn research, Boolean search, outreach, screening, and talent pipeline management.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🔍 Source relevant candidates through LinkedIn, Google, GitHub, Reddit, professional communities, and other online platforms.
- 📊 Build and maintain candidate databases for assigned roles.
- 💡 Use Boolean search and other sourcing techniques to identify relevant profiles.
- ✉️ Reach out to candidates through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other appropriate channels.
- 📋 Conduct basic eligibility screening based on role requirements.

- ⭐ Strong research and internet-search skills.
- 🗣️ Good communication skills in English.
- 💻 Comfortable using LinkedIn and other online platforms.
- 🎯 Ability to identify relevant information from candidate profiles.
