Senior BI Analyst

Keyloop is looking for a Senior BI Analyst to build innovative, data-first BI solutions, with a focus on Agentic-AI powered dashboards.

🎯 About the Role

This role involves working directly with customers to test and refine BI dashboards, partnering with Customer Success and Product teams to translate needs into actionable insights. You will compile, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and improve data integration and usability.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 💡 Build Agentic-AI powered dashboards and data-first BI solutions.
• 🤝 Work directly with customers to test, refine, and improve dashboards.
• 📊 Compile, clean, and analyze large data sets to identify trends and unlock insights.
• ⚙️ Build robust and efficient data sources for BI reporting and dashboards.
• 📈 Provide recommendations to improve data integration, quality, and usability.
• 🗣️ Communicate progress and risks effectively to stakeholders.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 📊 Strong data visualization skills and experience with BI tools (ThoughtSpot preferred, or Tableau).
• 🧠 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 🤝 Confidence and enthusiasm in customer-facing discussions.
• 🎯 Highly numerate, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• 🗣️ Fluency in English and clear, effective communication skills.
• ⏰ Working hours to overlap with UK working hours (minimum 5 hours).
• 📈 Experience working in an analytical role with large datasets and SQL experience are preferred.
• 🏢 Previous experience in SaaS, automotive, or other complex industry environments is preferred.
