This role is for a creative and enthusiastic individual passionate about social media, content creation, and digital storytelling. You will help manage social media presence and build engaging digital communities for an emerging social networking platform.
🎯 About the Role
As a Social Media Executive, you'll manage various social media platforms, create engaging posts, stories, and reels, and produce short-form videos. You'll track performance, stay updated on trends, and collaborate with marketing and design teams.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 📱 Manage and maintain company social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others
- ✍️ Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, stories, reels, and trend-based content
- 🎬 Shoot and edit short-form videos and reels for campaigns
- 💬 Write compelling captions, social media copies, and relevant hashtags
- 📊 Monitor audience engagement and track social media performance
- 📈 Stay updated with the latest social media trends, memes, and viral content ideas
- 🤝 Collaborate with marketing and design teams for creative campaigns
- 🎨 Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 📚 Basic understanding of major social media platforms and content publishing
- 📸 Interest in content creation, video shooting, and storytelling
- ✂️ Familiarity with editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar applications
- 💡 Creative mindset with excellent communication skills
- 🗓️ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- 🌱 Willingness to learn, experiment, and adapt to changing social media trends
- 🧑🎓 0–1 year of experience in Social Media Marketing or Content Creation (preferred)
- 🎨 Personal portfolio or social media work samples (added advantage)
