• 📝 Research, draft, and prepare grant applications.
• 🤝 Support strategic planning and organizational development.

• 📈 Identify opportunities to improve organizational efficiency and sustainability.
• 📁 Help build and maintain a documented donor engagement pipeline.
• 💡 Mentor the Philanthropy Intern.

• 📈 Understanding of nonprofit management, fundraising, or organizational development.
• 🗣️ Ability to develop recommendations and communicate them clearly to leadership.
• ⭐ Demonstrated experience in research, strategic planning, fundraising, or grant writing.
• ✍️ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• ⏳ Ability to commit to 10–15 hours per week for six months.
• 💻 Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.
